How to Use Invoice Generator

Total = (Subtotal − Discount) + Tax. The subtotal is the sum of all line items (quantity × rate). Discount and tax are entered as percentages and calculated automatically.
Yes. In the Settings tab, enter your tax rate as a percentage (e.g., 18 for 18% GST). The tax amount is calculated on the post-discount subtotal and added to the total.
Yes. In the "From You" section there is a logo upload area. Upload any image file and it will appear at the top-left of your invoice.
Click the "Download PDF" button in the top bar. Your browser print dialog opens — select "Save as PDF" as the destination. The editor UI is hidden in print mode so only the clean invoice document is saved.
Your invoice data exists only in your current browser session. Download your PDF before closing the tab as data is not automatically saved between sessions.
Yes. In the Settings tab you can choose from INR ₹, USD $, EUR €, GBP £, and AUD A$. The chosen currency symbol appears alongside all amounts on the invoice.
Yes. Set the tax rate to 18% (or 5%, 12%, 28% depending on your goods/services) and the invoice will show the tax amount separately. Note that for official GST compliance you may also need to include your GSTIN number in the address fields.
