Dead Center — Privacy Policy

1. Introduction

Dead Center is an Android game published by Altairys (developer: Dino Creationz) ("we", "our", "us"). This Privacy Policy explains what information the app handles when you download and play it.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

Dead Center does not require an account, sign-in, or any personal information to play. We do not:

• Ask for your name, email, phone number, or any contact details
• Collect location data
• Include chat, messaging, or any user-generated content
• Sell your data to anyone

3. Information Stored On Your Device

The app saves a small amount of data locally on your device only, using Android's standard app-storage mechanism:

• Your best survival time
• Sound and vibration preferences
• Which ball skins you've unlocked and which one is equipped

None of this ever leaves your device or is transmitted to us. Uninstalling the app deletes it.

4. Advertising (Google AdMob)

Dead Center shows ads through Google AdMob — rewarded video (optional, for continues and unlocks), banner ads, occasional full-screen interstitials, and app-open ads. To serve and measure these ads, Google's AdMob SDK may collect device identifiers (such as the advertising ID), general device information, and approximate usage data, governed by Google's Privacy Policy and AdMob's data collection disclosure.

Where required — for players in the EEA, UK, and Switzerland — the app shows a consent form (via Google's User Messaging Platform) before requesting any ad, so you can choose whether ads are personalized. You can change this choice at any time by clearing the app's data in Android Settings, which re-triggers the consent form.

5. Permissions Used

• Internet — required to request and display ads, and to check for a connection before certain actions
• Access Network State — lets the app detect whether you're online, so it can show a clear "no internet" message instead of a stuck loading screen
• Vibrate — used for haptic feedback when the ball nears the edge of the safe zone and when a run ends

The app requests no other device permissions.

6. Children's Privacy

Dead Center is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will address it promptly.

7. Your Rights Under the GDPR (EEA, UK and Switzerland)

Because almost all app data stays on your device, we hold very little data about you. Where Google's advertising SDKs process data on our behalf as described above, you have the right to access, correct, or request erasure of your data, object to or restrict processing, request data portability, and withdraw consent at any time. 8. Your Rights Under the CCPA/CPRA (California)

California residents have the right to know what personal information is collected, request its deletion, correct inaccuracies, opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising, and not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. 9. Data Retention and International Transfers

Locally stored app data (best time, settings, skins) is retained on your device until you clear the app's data or uninstall it. Data processed by Google's advertising SDKs is retained and transferred internationally according to Google's own policies, which may include processing in the United States and other countries.

10. Third-Party Services

Dead Center uses Google AdMob and Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) for consent management. We do not control these services directly; their use of your data is governed by Google's Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
